Childhood is not always as simple as it looks from the outside. Young people carry real worries, big feelings, and questions about themselves that they often do not have the words for yet. I work with children and tweens using creative, play-based, and age appropriate strategies rooted in evidence-based practice to help them build emotional awareness, grow their confidence, and develop coping tools they can actually use. Mindfulness practices are woven throughout, helping young clients learn to slow down, tune into themselves, and feel more grounded day to day. My goal is to create a space where every child feels safe enough to be exactly who they are.

Being a teenager can be tough. The pressure to perform, fit in, and figure out who you are, all at the same time, is a lot to carry. I work with teens using evidence-based approaches including CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, alongside mindfulness strategies tailored to what actually resonates with them. Sessions are honest, collaborative, and completely judgment free. We work on what matters most to them, whether that is anxiety, identity, self-worth, peer relationships, or just the general weight of everything. My goal is for every teen I work with to leave feeling more like themselves and less alone in the process.

The years after adolescence come with a kind of pressure that does not get talked about enough. The expectation to have it together, to know what you want, and to be building something meaningful, all before you have had the chance to figure out who you even are. I work with young adults using evidence-based practices grounded in CBT, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness to help them navigate identity, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and the quiet but persistent feeling that something needs to shift. This is a space to slow down, get honest, and start building a life that actually feels like yours.

No matter where you are in life, there are seasons that ask more of you than you feel equipped to give. I work with adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the moments that make you question what comes next. My approach draws from evidence-based practices including CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, woven together with mindfulness strategies to help you build real, lasting tools for balance and wellbeing. Sessions are warm, grounded, and tailored to you. The goal is not just to feel better in the short term but to understand yourself more deeply and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Every relationship has seasons, and some of those seasons are harder than others. Communication breaks down, distance grows, and patterns emerge that are difficult to name let alone change. I work with couples who are ready to do something about it. Drawing from evidence-based approaches and a person-centered foundation, we work together to understand the cycles driving disconnection, improve the way you communicate, and rebuild trust and intimacy. Sessions are a space where both people feel equally heard and where real, meaningful change is possible.

Families are systems, and when something shifts for one person it ripples through everyone. I work with families navigating transitions, conflict, communication challenges, and the difficulty of staying connected when life feels like it is pulling everyone in different directions. Drawing from evidence-based approaches sessions are collaborative and grounded in the belief that every family has more strength than they realize. The goal is to help you find a way back to each other and build something more connected and resilient going forward.
